We are currently hiring for a full-time year-round Maintenance Supervisor to start immediately.
The Maintenance Supervisor performs maintenance duties requiring technical labor skills, including plumbing, light carpentry and construction, honey wagon pumping, propane dispensing, state doh water system requirements, osha/safety protocol and procedures, ordering supplies within budget parameters. You will work with your maintenance team to ensure that the community meets the company's quality maintenance standards. Supervisor will be an active member of the Safety Committee. Must be available for on call/afterhours emergencies. Available for weekend work and day/mid/evening shifts.
Full-time 35-40 hours per week. Salary TBD. $350 RV site rent W/E + 1-2 weekly honey wagon pumps. Comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, and vision plans, a generous 401(k) employer match, and paid vacations, holidays, and sick time.

We are looking for a new GM team to take over the day to day operations management for an RV park in S.Ga that has been owned and operated by the same family for over 50 years. This is a full time salaried position. Primary responsibilities include day-to-day oversight of all reservations / registrations / customer service as well as facility management and groundskeeping.
Our ideal candidates have a positive 'team player' attitude, and are self-motivated and goal-oriented, possess exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness and have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Qualifications include 5+ years' experience in facilities management, maintenance supervision, repair or related field, intermediate computer skills, and have previous experience in managing others (in this case, part-time backups/assistants for both the office work and the facilites/groundskeeping).

River Falls is seeking a Seasonal Campground Host/Workcamper beginning March 1-Nov 30 2021. Applicant must have prior camphost experience and have knowledge of basic electrical skills such as changing breakers , basic plumbing skills and be able bodied. Must work well with others and be drug free. Must have your own RV that is clean and in good condition. Camphost site is located in A loop site 49 and is the first impression to our park.
