Welcome to the official website for the Fishhawk Ranch Community Development District (the “District”). The District was formed in April 2019, under Hillsborough County Ordinance 19-4, as the merger of three separate Community Development Districts within the FishHawk Master Planned Community. The District provides on-site management of stormwater facilities and wetlands, monumentation of main and neighborhood entryways, landscaping of collector roads and common areas, neighborhood parks, trails and recreational amenity areas. Other infrastructure improvements funded by the District have been dedicated to Hillsborough County and accepted for operation and maintenance.
This website is funded on behalf of the District to serve two major purposes. The first is to comply with Chapter 189.069 of the Florida Statutes, which requires each special District to maintain an official website. The second is an effort to help educate the general public about the services provided by the District, and to highlight the other agencies involved in the day-to-day operations of the community. These agencies include but are not limited to the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, Hillsborough County and various homeowners’ associations in the District.
